International shipping

General terms

• We work to ship out orders within 4 business days after the order has been checked. For national holidays, weekends, and during inventory audits, we may take up 2 more business days to ship the items.
• Due to current international pandemic of Covid-19, the delivery may delay because of the air cargo congestion.

 

Delivery term and tracking

• Usually Japan Post courier service will take for 4 to 10 days for delivery. The time depends on the destination and customs circumstance.
• Each parcel will be provided a tracking number which you can trace where the parcel is via online.
• We are not able to support failure of receiving the parcel caused by wrong address the customer input incorrectly.

 

Shipping cost

• All international packages are shipped via Japan post. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and destination.

Taxes, duties and importing process fee

• International orders are subject to VAT or GST. It will be collected by delivery person at the time of the customer receives the parcel.

• Duty and import processing fees may be required in some countries. These costs should be paid when the customer receives the parcel. The cost is based on where the customer lives in.

 

Return policy

• We do not accept any return merchandise belongs to food category (tea leave, tea powder, etc.).
• In the case the customer receives wrong merchandise or defective merchandise, please contact us via email within 3 days from the day you receive the parcel.

 

Insurance

• Damages and stolen of merchandise during shipping will be covered by insurance.
• We recommend you open the parcel in front of the person deliveres it in the case you find damages on its outer.
• The customer should keep the parcel and merchandises as they are and claim compensation to the local post service who delivers the parcel to you. The post office will reimburse after investigation.
