Thanks to leaves are harvested still young and soft, this tea has rounded Umami and savory flavor; you will find white chocolate, cacao, popped soy, cotton candy, steamed rice, and white grape nuances.
Kamairi-cha literaly means "made by pan-firing" insted of steaming. It is similar with Chinese style green tea. The liquor tend to have less bitterness and lighter taste compared to steamed tea even if using a boiling water for brewing.
This Kamairi-cha is perfect for enjoying together with food.

This tea was produced in Gokase. Gokase is a beautiful place located in remote area and have heavy precipitation all year around.
